If I may, a white or try a really fruity red spritzed with tonic water, on ice (Seville's "tinto de verano" goes with everything 😄). Portuguese green wines are also great during a hot summer. My preference is Font d'Aveleda (cheap, too)

What ! I used A Real Blender to blend my fresh tomatoes with! And I used the same spinach, spices and fresh garlic, onion and bell pepper! I didn't use any broth! The fresh spinach was frozen! So the water from the spinach being frozen! Looooool!

I made this dish for dinner & used the 10oz of baby spinach. It cooked down to very little. So sad. The flavors of the dish were very good but next time I’m adding double the spinach… and white wine instead of broth!! Salud

This recipe it's not by any means a classic from Seville. I am not saying it is not good, I am saying it is not a classic and it is not cooked by people from Sevilla in a regular basis. Probably some chef had the good idea and included it in the menu, but don't look for it in Sevilla because it is not in every corner.
