Wonderfull tutorial. The distributor (or dizzy in the trade lingo) has at times caught many of us out. This clip is a must especially for young mechanics used to all electronics ignition systems, as there are still many old style vehicles, and machines around.

Hey Bundy! Do you have a video of adjusting the Dizzy to get the Tractor to run smoothly. Mine is running a touch rough recently so I took to adjusting the Dizzy, she ran like a sewing machine. Today when I went to start her she took a lot more turns to fire and when she did she has a tiny *POP* back fire. Would love to see the video on how to set the dizzy while the tractor is running to get her to run better. Thanks again as always, huge fan! Dyfrig.

Only video is in the Barn Find TED20 videos but that was static timing.

@@BundyBearsShed Not a worry, thanks for the super fast reply, just a bit worried as she used to start on the button but now she starts a bit slower. Runs a bit better though, doesn't cough or splutter as much but she's not 100% and I don't want to keep playing with the dizzy too much as I don't want to damage her at all. :)
