Look how clean your hands are! After my first Spartan Race in Florida, I was caked in mud! I had to throw my clothes away.

Thanks so much for making this video! Saturday’s Super was my first Spartan race and my description of the course could not give it the impact that yur video did! I definitely saw you walking around the starting area. Hope you had a good race. I went back Sunday for the Sprint and now my 58 year old body is now reminding me what pain I put it through..lol Best of luck and AROO!

Double days! Nice work and good luck with going down steps. Always the biggest struggle after events.

Dude if that was your first race and you completed it you have to be one of the most badass ppl I’ve heard of

Great video! I'm running the Super this Saturday. What was your start time - did it feel quite crowded?

Good luck this weekend. The event is always popular and thins out after the first couple miles. Usually send us right up to reduce first obstacle lines.

Excellent! I've always followed your videos. I just did palmerton sprint. Where you headed next?

What was your finish time?
@josephchafins7523 жыл бұрын
Awesome video!!! Honest question; what is the etiquette with going around others to improve your finishing place?
@rem6a3 жыл бұрын
Left to pass and right to walk on trails. At obstacles I waited in line or helped others while the lines thinned. Goal was help two people per obstacle (personal thought).

I thought it was a race? Why is everyone walking?
@rem6a3 жыл бұрын
Most people attempted to run at first but 900 feet of elevation in first mile slowed down the pace.
