I feel like y'all hit a lot of my niches. Even with y'all not living in the cottage, van life is right up my alley too! I've always admired the idea of living out of a converted van/vehicle. I don't think that I could do that now though since my partner and I have chickens & a dog. But it would still be fun to convert a vehicle for roadtrips!

What I love a lot is your silent videos. I find them calming and therapeutic. Some videos have too much talking including filling in with repetition. I like that your music is calming and in the background, not overwhelming. I love your decor, your meal prep, your pets and your walks through the woods. I have enjoyed your silent vlogs so much -- so peaceful. It's very good news that you have had a sudden growth lately. That seems to be how it works -- one your work gets out there, it starts snowballing. I wish your channel rapid growth! I love that you want to live off grid. I did that for five years on my five acres of woods. It was something I "always wanted to do." You do that now in your van. Solar makes it so easy, and water is pretty easy to come by also. I am back on grid now, but I still don't use all those fancy appliances. I'd rather do stuff by hand too.

@@Beanbugging Oh, rain barrels. You can use collected rain water for everything except cooking and drinking. I scraped off all my dishes with a rubber spatula and ate EVERYTHING. Then I took a lesson from Zen temples, and poured a little of the water solution I made (11 ounces drinking water, a tablespoon of vinegar and a packet of lemon powder) into the dishes and pans I used, "scrubbed" them with the rubber spatula, and drank the water. I did that for five years with good results. So simple!!!

Oh and in your last lovely video I noticed you didn't heat up the cast iron for cooking your eggs...jfyi it's best to heat up your cast iron to cook in. By the way how on earth do you get your kitties to stay close like you do?❤ Loving your videos!!
