Question: Is switching to your secondary truly faster than reloading 100% of the time?
@dampcpungen2 жыл бұрын
Depends on skill and the distance to the target. Anything further than about 20-30 meters depending on your pistol skill is not worth drawing the pistol for, since you won't be even close to laying down the same type of effective fire. Contrary to video games, shooting a pistol is a lot harder than shooting a rifle.
@CrowBag2 жыл бұрын
Ahhh someone did a video on this and I cant remember who. It actually was faster but only by a fraction of a second.
@erikkoszas25622 жыл бұрын
And never forget, that pistols mostly use different bullets providing less penetration (except for FN 5.7 e.g.), so in a CQC/CQB situation it can be useful to be quicker in that certain situation by drawing your pistol, however from the mentioned 20-30 meters distance it is certainly a more effective step to reload your primary due to its accuracy and penetration abilities.

For the most part, the urge to poop goes away because the adrenaline hits. On the same token, we got ambushed I think my 5th week there when I still had "the shits" (anyone who's been "in country" knows what In talking about) and it was my first contact and it startled me so bad that I literally shit myself. So yes, for a moment, I had the shit scared out of me. But that's how it goes. Hey this is the first od your videos that got recommended to me. I like it very much, your chemistry, the pacing, and also the little effects are great. Some people go crazy with this effects stuff, you got it on point perfectly. Cant wait to watch more!
