I am now even more impressed with Todd Hutchings, because hes not that big, and to pull in super heavyweight class is super impressive Todd. Keep up the good work mate.

Ryan Bowen. Increasing in strength, unparalleled in wholesomeness! Ps. You're prolly doing the wide grip on the rubber banded bar, because it makes it easier to stabilize with the side bounce. Try with your hands close together for the fun of it, see how it feels! Might get you some extra wrist stabilization action.

@@colorfulbleeding The sun is essential to everything in life dont be stupid.
@colorfulbleeding5 жыл бұрын
@@michaelschwartz812Exposure to ultraviolet radiation (UVA and UVB) is one of the major contributors to the development of melanoma. Occasional extreme sun exposure (resulting in "sunburn") is causally related to melanoma.Melanoma is most common on the back in men and on legs in women (areas of intermittent sun exposure). The risk appears to be strongly influenced by socioeconomic conditions rather than indoor versus outdoor occupations; it is more common in professional and administrative workers than unskilled workers. Other factors are mutations in or total loss of tumor suppressor genes. Possible significant elements in determining risk include the intensity and duration of sun exposure, the age at which sun exposure occurs, and the degree of skin pigmentation. Melanoma rates tend to be highest in countries settled by migrants from northern Europe that have a large amount of direct, intense sunlight that the skin of the settlers is not adapted to, most notably Australia.Having multiple severe sunburns increases the likelihood that future sunburns develop into melanoma due to cumulative damage. The sun and tanning beds are the main sources of UV radiation that increase the risk for melanoma and living close to the equator increases exposure to UV radiation.

I must have lost my path in KZbin labyrinth again. I thought I was watching Toddzilla working out but ended wearing sunglasses hat and long sleeves because of a sunbeam near my pc. Yup , typical thing

@@colorfulbleeding Great copy and paste job. Sounds to me like you have all the information you need right there keep putting that shit on your skin that only blocks out the beneficial effects of the sun. Those unskilled laborers dont put toxic chemicals on their skin to block the [UVA and UVB] radiation and it looks like their odds are much better than others and they spend double even triple the amount of time in that dangerous radiation. Please Mr. All Knowing enlighten me with melanoma rates in countries close to the equator.

I’m sorry but this is not a structured workout. I am 100% sure you would experience real progress with a structured training section and long term plan. Workout volume and intensity!! Number of reps, load, rest.... there are a lot of ways to play with volume and intensity. You should look for a professional trainer for the physical conditioning part. Cheers
