Wish high school football coaches see this. When I was in high school I remember doing heavy deadlifts, powercleans, and squats then hitting with full pads an hour later in 90 degree weather. Needless to. Say we had a shit ton of injuries everyday.

Two workouts a day working with Grapplers and Fighters is just NOT possible to many other tactical training sessions. The only I found is that we implement a pure speed or power day. Or use Contrast Training
