Fair is fair Start with the rifles on the table, and pellets in the tin.

No, this was more than fair. The rifle on the right started fully loaded and cocked, the one on the left started unloaded and yet still won handily.

@@Specter0420 To be "fair" they should both be started unloaded with the magazine unloaded. If you notice, the single shot was ready to fire, but didn't. So it takes around 50 seconds to fire 5 rounds. If it takes 50 seconds to load the magazine then they will shoot at the same rate. What annoys me is the deception. I would rather have the convenience of the magazine than the single shot, you don't need to try and trick me.

@@aCycloneSteve I see your point for plinking, but there is a clear and distinct advantage for hunting and pest control that is very valuable. This demonstrates it very nicely. Also, he very clearly fired right when the other guy started moving to load the magazine, I'm not sure what you're talking about.
@aCycloneSteve2 жыл бұрын
@@Specter0420 Clearly if your hunting the magazine is best, but I've been listening to other posts about this style of rifle and some say you should put up to 500 rounds through it to get the barrel leaded up and consistent when you shoot. If you're just going to sit there and put 100 or 500 rounds through it as quickly as possible, I'm not sure the magazine is much faster. You have to stop, remove the magazine, carefully load the magazine then insert the magazine, THEN shoot fast. Over and over again. I've also heard there is a problem with pellets failing to feed which would also slow you down. (Both when hunting and just burning though rounds)

Just my experience but I thought I would share. I purchased my Swarm Whisper 10x .22 cal from Walmart for $150.00 about a week ago and have put about 100 pellets through it. The multi-shot is a very nice feature but the mechanism does not feel sturdy, in fact, it feels flimsy. I have had no problems with it functioning so far, but I am skeptical as to its longevity with sustained and/or rugged use. The ergonomics are fine, nothing really good or bad to say. The trigger on the Swarm compares pretty poorly to my wood-stock break-action Winchester (.17 cal) and to a lesser extent, my plastic stocked break-action Benjamin (.22 cal). Those two I also purchased from Walmart over the last few years. That being said, the Gamo trigger may break-in good over time. The "Whisper" in Swarm Whisper is a little disingenuous as it is not perceivably quieter than my other break-action air rifles, but it isn't perceivably louder either. *No ability to shoot iron sights and the scope that came with my rifle is non-functional out-of-the-box. During the first sight-in attempt and every subsequent attempt, the scope will not hold zero. This equates to the rifle being unusable until I buy another scope. Not a big deal for me as I have other air rifles to shoot and I understand things are accidentally sold broken from time-to-time. Just be aware, this may or may not happen to you, and know that Gamo's warranty return policy for defective merchandise is not so good, but don't take my word for it, you can look it up for yourself. For me, the cost to send in the scope for warranty is impractical as the two shipping charges (there and back) cost more than the scope is worth. Air rifles are notoriously hard on scopes so back-up sights are a necessity IMO. I believe the accuracy is definitely acceptable in the Gamo Swarm Whisper 10x if you can overcome the not-so-good trigger and you don't get a defective scope. So for me, the Swarm Whisper 10X was not as good of a purchase as compared to my other air rifles. That being said, it may be a good purchase for you.

Well.....obvious it takes some time to put the pellets in the revolver....so it's not a fair comparison. But...there is definitely something to say about keeping your eyes on the target instead of losing focus to find a pellet and load your gun with it...

How many shots could the single shot shoot while the 10 reloads. Would the single shot catch up..?

How about comparing gamo swarm vs PCP repeater? Price range of Gamo swarm is same as lower end pcp repeater rifle, so that's a more fair comparison. About 5 seconds between shots, Gamo swarm seems much slower than PCP rifle which you just need to cycle the bolt.

The time should start when Rick is loading his magazine and guy on the right can start shooting at will...
@00000006665 жыл бұрын
I insist... it's a unfair competition because you guys most to star even before charge the 10 shots in the magazine... if you do that, the regular one most have 4 shot as advantage... so that could be a real mark I just saying Good day and #buentino

That hardly seemed fair, he already had his magazine loaded, plus, The guy with the break barrel was pretty slow, I've definitely seen much faster shooting.

Mmmmm...nose nose. Se te terminan los cargadores y hasta no volver a cargar los no puedes disparar. A más de 10 disparos gana un rifle normal. Imagina que se te rompe el cargador. No puedes usar el rifle.
