There was a little place I went to in Hawaii that did only poke. They did all kinds of fish poke they did limpets they did oysters and clams they did every Seafood almost as poke and I got to taste most of them I was in heaven of deliciousness! But I can't remember the name of the place it was owned by a fairly young Hawaiian man.

What is Shashimi Grade Tuna in japanese? How can I ask for it?
@TabiEats8 жыл бұрын
If you live in Japan, mostly all tuna is sashimi grade as most Japanese don't eat tuna any other way.
@luckycharmssssss7 жыл бұрын
you should add a pinch of sesame seeds. and the color of poke should be more orangeish red meaning you need more siracha trust me the color tells you if you've put enough or not.

Hawaiian poke is pronounced:Hawaiian po-ke(kay) & 'po-ke' means to cut or section. Chicken long rice might be the better choice for the up-coming [when??? when!!!] cooler months ...
