Spicy kabanos sausages with 7 kg of meat.

I've run out of dry meat snacks. I decided to supplement them. The choice fell on spicy kabanos sausages. These sausages disappear quickly so I'm making more right now. Kabanos sausages take up a lot of space in the smokehouse, but when they dry, their weight decreases significantly.
Spicy version, so as not to consume too quickly. If they scratch their throat a little, they will be eaten more slowly :-) I will replenish the pantry and I will have tasty morsels that I love.
