I was going to ask what the shelf life was for this, but who am I kidding? My family would demolish this in less than a week!

I'm a snack addict, this looks absolutely delicious, but it makes me sad I can't get all of those ingredients where i currently live, maybe only the ramen & shrimp chips (+ gochujang) but the rest is sadly impossible for me 💔 someday though!

That looks delicious 😋 I want to try your recipe! This reminds me of 뿌셔뿌셔, a snack my cousins enjoyed as kids. And I love 라뽂이, esp after a fun but exhausting day of snowboarding!

Yes! I love when foods are matched by the weather/activity! Ooh I tried adding 뿌셔뿌셔 at first but opted for ramen at the end haha

Oh it looks delicious!!! I've never had chex mix before, I should deffo look into it haha. And I love how you made it 떡볶이 flavored, 떡볶이 flavored snacks always taste so good!

They truly do taste so good! I had to give it a try! Hehe

This looks so good! Wish I could eat it, but can't have shrimp chips. Is there other combinations you would recommend?
@joshuacooksthendraws5 ай бұрын
I based it off the furikake chex mix recipe. So anything thats part of it would work! Bugles or any chips. :)

This looks awesome! I love that you chose chips to match the flavor and textures of tteokbokki. I think cheese-flavored chips might also work if you like cheese on your tteokbokki :P

this looks AMAZING i love how u didnt just coat regular chex mix in your syrup/spice mix but actually brought into all sorts of things up to ramen!!! is it stupid to ask... if there is a version that is a little less sweet/doesnt use corn syrup? what would u substitute that with in such a case? i adore asian spices/textures esp korean/thai ones but i have great trouble with tolerating the sweetness in savoury things (grew up w balkan/arabic cuisine and we dont rly do that...). also i have never seen corn syrup sold in grocery stores in my life =_= so ye, what would u recommend? me and my best friend have been binging all ur videos btw. theyre making ur earl grey tea as we speak >:))

Thank you so much! The recipe I got inspired by uses brown rice syrup instead. As for other alternatives, I saw that people sometimes replace corn syrup with honey, agave nectar, or maple syrup. But I have never tried using these alternatives in this manner so I cant guarantee if they would work or taste the same.

Looks delicious! But but I think the true brilliance of this recipe is that you also get leftover chips afterwards!

You've got the skills to pay the bills Joshua.~ 😄 but how will the powders stay stuck it the surface?.. (guess I'll find out!)
@joshuacooksthendraws5 ай бұрын
You add the powders after the sugar mixture so it sticks to it. Thank you :)

I would just eat that whole tray by myself to be honest 😂. Imo, I would add wasabi peas but I'm not sure how it'll affect the spice mixture 😅
@jurassicjaws6 ай бұрын
That sounds like a great addition though!
@joshuacooksthendraws5 ай бұрын
Oooh wasabi peas would also such a nice crunch! They add them to furikake chex mix that I was inspired by!
