Spicy Stuffed Clams with Cheesy Breadcrumbs

Another favorite for our upcoming Christmas Eve seafood feast! Everyone loves Baked Clams and here is my favorite recipe - plus I'll show you a simple way to open the clams for stuffing. These are best served hot out of the oven, so I always tell my eager guests to go slowly. Buon Gusto!

The traditional 7 fishes dishes for Christmas Eve, I'm tasked with it every season because I cook like grandma used to🥰🇮🇹 However I refuse to make fish in my house 😂 so smelts, bakala & polenta are on hold this year but I'm making stuffed scallops, crab cakes, 4lbs.shrimp scampi & 4lbs of gnocchi with meatballs 😋🇮🇹 -made all the cookies & cream horns last week 👌💯 SO READY for Xmas Eve 🥰 Have a wonderful holiday Lidia & Family xoxoxo 😘

Good looking clams. The deeper the colors the fresher the clam. Oh, I like the cutting board also. A good sized board is so much better than those little things. I prefer end grain, yet that one has just the right heft so it does not move all around.
