The animators added a slightly lower frame rate for Miles when he was learning his abilities. They smoothed it out once he took the leap of faith to show that he's turned into a full Spider-Man.

In the miles morales game they slowed the frame rate for the costume you acquire. It's freaking awesome

That "what's up danger" first swing is an amazing sequence. He shatters the glass where his fingertips were sticking because he had to FORCE himself to take the leap. And he didn't QUITE let go of the "Sticky factor". That shot of showing the city upside down as he falls is incredible - because it shows he's NOT falling - he's RISING into his role as the new Spider-Man!

"Actually, my friends call me Liv..." "Oh great, it's Liv..." I love the little hint at a past between Aunt May and Doc Ock. Spiderverse is too good by far. Every beat is delivered perfectly and I'm excited for the sequel to be crazier. Miles is a great example of taking a character beyond its origins for a new generation, and I love that Spiderverse bridges the divide between them with Peter B passing the torch to Miles.

This movie is so good. I never cared about miles before. My first thoughts were hes cool... but i already vibe with peter hard. Hes who i would want to be if i had powers. And i saw miles as hero for people of color and i kind of figured id let them have miles. I kept this mentality for a while and again while i thought he was cool he just wasnt my first spider-man. Then this movie came out. I cried. I cry every time i watch it. Im tearing up now just thinking about how impactful soke of the dialgue in this is and what it means for people of color but not just black people. Miles is mixed Puerto Rican and African American. But the words from his mom... his dad... his uncle... they hit me so hard i fell in love with miles and his family. Yep im legit crying now. I love this movie.

Best part of this movie to me personally is it gave me a reason to acknowledge more than one Spider-Man so there was no feeling off about newer ones compared to what was MY Spider-Man as a kid. I’ve never wanted to watch anything other than what I knew as a kid but this movie not only IS one of those that isn’t what I know , but it does such a good job at making people just like me actually enjoy the idea of multiple.

5:32 So that is the ultimate Green Goblin. The universe of Miles is the Ultimate Universe a modern reimagine of the mainline Earth-616 universe bringing these characters origins into the 2000s along with changing some origins and character designs. Peter B. Parker on the otherhand is from Earth-616 the mainline comic universe that is alot closer to what we are used to such as a Male Doc Ock to a Green Goblin in a suit and slider.

(At 20:10) this by far is one of the best scenes from the movie miles coming to terms, the part of the music that says when he jumps off, "Like, What's Up Dan•ger?", and him rising up. I say that because when he jumps off it's parallel. He LOOKS like he's "falling down," but the angle SHOWS he's "rising up".

VERY INTERESTING DETAIL: Miles Morales' Frames Per-Second in the beginning of the movie iz purposely much slower, but once he gets bit and learns how to use his powers, they gradually upgrade his FPS Rate throughout the movie to catch up to the rest of the spider characterz.

My favorite movie ever! It's the only movie I've ever seen multiple times in the first two weeks it opened, and the only one I've bought on DVD/Blu-Ray despite not having a player for it, just to support it. (Luckily, it came with a digital redemption, so I have it on KZbin Movies and Movies Anywhere as well.) I hate that the sequel keeps getting pushed back, but I can't wait until it finally comes out! Honestly, I love these characters so much that I could watch an entire Olivia Octavius movie or Spider-Gwen movie, if these versions were used.

This is such a feel-good movie which is kinda what a Spiderman movie should be at the end of the day, plus the fact we're getting 2 more Spiderverse movies is just so hype, then its rumoured there's gonna be a 4th one (possibly Tom Holland's 5th or 6th, he's under contract for 3 more movies with Marvel after No Way Home) that's gonna be a live action Spiderverse with all of them, Spidergwen and others, though Sony is developing its own Spiderverse as well which won't be anywhere near as good unless they do the Spider-Verse/Spider-Geddon/Darkest Hours storyline with the Inheritors which they could be setting up through Morbius (the Inheritors are a family of vampires) and Madame Web which is one of the next 3 Sony Spiderman movies coming out, plus Into the Spiderverse is a Sony movie so that could be where they're heading

When I saw this movie, I was not expecting an "albino" black man named "Tombstone." True, I'm a little bit familiar with the character and he is a Spider-Man villain, but usually he's messing with the guy (Robbie Robertson) from The Daily Bugle, due to bad blood, if not bad history from Harlem.

Miles Morales is from another Universe not from our Universe that's why many characters are little bit different like female doc ock or gaint green goblin even in Miles Morales's Universe it Coca-Cola is known as Coca-Soda or something like that different . Peter B Parker is our Spider-Man And also he is the original Spider-Man from comics . In Peter B Parker’s Universe Coca-Cola is called Coca-Cola. Every Universe Peter Parker’s full name is Peter Benjamin Parker or Peter B Parker But we just called him Peter Parker. They just put Peter B Parker & Peter Parker different in this to not make audience confuse .

If you don't love Miles, we can't be friends. There isn't a Peter Parker in every universe, but there is a spider hero (called a spider totem) in every universe. A lady named Madame Web makes sure of this. Spider sense works but communicating with spider totems in other realities. I love, love, love the versions of Aunt May that are like this. The great Lily Tomlin played her in this movie. Miles' Dad is a former SHIELD agent. He became a cop when he started a family because it's a less dangerous profession. He's a genuine badass on his own. Miguel O'Hara at the end is one of the most popular versions of Spider-Man. A lot of people were bummed that he wasn't in the movie. Alchemax is from his story, so that company was a reference to him. This movie changed animation forever because of the way it blended 3D CGI with traditional 2D animation.
