In a technical way, this is probably hand drawn, which Vivienne seems to specialize in, or at least likes the most. She’s also putting quality over quantity. A lot of 2D cartoons nowadays use puppets, which are stiffer, but the animation is produced much quicker than having to redraw every single frame. (An example of this is My Little Pony, where each pony is made of like, 20 parts instead of one frame.) I imagine there would also be a problem with each artist’s stylistic differences, with redrawing every frame. And big name studio produced shows need to be produced quickly.

Also, she's the one who informed the whole Hell that the annual extermination has ended *with a Firework magic or something like that* . Therefore , we can now assume that she's a Fire elementalist, that's her "main power" (for now). Alastor is a Shadow elementalist, Vaggie summons daggers and her spear out of nowhere and Angel can "spring" his arms and weapons from his belly. And as others have mentioned, she is the daughter of Lucifer and Lillith. So, I think that she can be _very_ dangerous if needed to.
