Anyone who wants to take things back to the founding of the Kingdoms of Judea and Israel needs to ask themselves a question: How did the ancient Hebrews come into possession of the land prior to that? Not to say this is an issue unique to any people group. The sad fact is that virtually all modern land rights can trace their roots back to acquisition through force. Very few instances of land ownership are actually legitimate from an ethical or moral perspective. Even if you've paid the previous owner, the property was most likely taken from someone who legitimately owned it at some point in the past, and the rightful owner was never made whole, through neither return nor reparation. Jake kind of talked around this with the Ottoman Empire, which is part of why I think the guest didn't get that particular point.

People who know something know: Puntin initiated the war against Ukraine (well known). The leaders of Hamas and Netanyahu himself both went to the Kremlin prior to the war opening up in Isreal. Israel is of strategic importantance and shores up with our allies in Europe. Russia wants Europe to more or less fall, and much of the rest of the world want the USA and Europe to fall. Once you understand who the axis and the allies are it all becomes clear. The entire point of the war from Putin's point of view is to distract the West so he can carry out his plans and further encroach on Europe. This is the reason, much of liberal Europe still supports Israel. It's all about money, power, and oil, and establishing a worldwide oil cabal.... Members, Russia, China, Texas, N. Korea, and much of the Islamic world. That is what the think tanks came up with to do and it explains most of Trump's behavior. The simple solution: Support Ukraine, Support Israel, and break the back of Iran and Saudi Arabia, and Moscow. When they are playing games like this, the smartest thing to do is be on your own side. And I don't mean religiously, I mean domestically and economically. Dirty deeds are being done dirt cheap on all sides....for the sake of greed, desire for glory, and for power. No, I am not a friend at all of Netanyahu, but I think the Israelis can deal with him on their own.
