There are approximately 1857 vids on staff spinning on KZbin. Yours are the pretty much the only ones I actually watch. Maybe it’s your “nasty ugly face” …..🤣🤣 The staff is a GREAT tool for warm up, focus, concentration, strength building and so much more. The staff I’ve been using is a 1 1/4 hickory 6 footer compliments of Home Depot. $17 and a piece of sand paper. It is heavy after you have it in your hands for a few minutes and you can definitely feel the muscles burn. Thank you for the time you put in to produce all these useful tutorials. Personally I can’t think of anything that you could add to except maybe transitions from spinning to striking but I’m sure you have that covered, I just need to watch more vids and find them. Incredibly helpful dude. Keep up the great work 👌👍

I wouldn't mess around when you are cooking jam with a large wooden spoon... 😁👍

Thanks again! I've started working the overhead transfer into my routine. I still don't last very long, so I sometimes have to skip something else to do those. Even so, I see value in adding something just for brain elasticity. In the talk about a "thumbs up," I kept thinking that I give you a "thumbs up" on KZbin, but in real life, you have me giving you a "thumbs figure eight" as I try to do the forward spins.

Cheers Matt. I like these short videos they allow you to hone a particular skill - today was reverse to forward spin. Nice.

this is a great video. It's just a bit to fast for me. Maybe this is more for advance students? I have to rewind the tape in order to catch what you are doing. But that's me. I'll get it. May take me a month or so. Keep up the great work.

I'm thinking for the novice swing it like a golf club hard as you can behind the knees. Don't think anyone can stand after that and almost impossible to grab.
