One of my favorite verses is Psalm 118:24 because it reminds that even when I’m feeling down, depressed, anxious the Lord has given me this day and I need to remember to be grateful for that and to be joyful. This week I’m thankful to receive the good news that the mass removed from our dog’s foot was benign when the vet was almost certain it was not.

I homeschooled my daughter all the way, and we were low income. The financial stress caused me intense anxiety and affected my physical health. Looking back, there were many ways I could have eased the stress, but I was caught in that anxiety loop. Hindsight is 20/20! I am no longer a Christian, but I admire your faith and your commitment to getting through the hard times. Remember to take time for yourself and your own mental health. The responsibility can be overwhelming at times and you will need that.

One scripture I lean on is Romans 8:31…I’m thankful for the little garden I’m growing and it’s doing really well! Thanks for these suggestions I like to journal and think on scripture as well. 👍😀🐾🇺🇸🙏🏻💕

The entire chapter of Psalm 51. I always need to keep myself in check. A praise this week is that my husband is still working and this job is the perfect fit. The job is also a miracle and an answer to many prayers. His boss is awesome and continues to do well. It is nothing that he has done but, my husband lives to serve the Lord!

Lamentations 3- It is of the LORD'S mercy that we are not consumed because HIS compassions fail not. They are NEW every morning! Great is THY faithfulness!! The LORD is my portion saith my soul, therefore will I HOPE in HIM. Stumbled on your video :) these verses became real too me as I sat in a NICU with our 3rd born... I could see the sunrise out his window. And then in the last 2 years it has become even more real to me... because we have a Heart kiddo now and we have surgeries, uncertainties etc but I KNOW GOD IS IN CONTROL AND HE WILL GIVE HIS MERCY NEW EVERY MORNING not the day old version like a day old donut ( day old donuts arent bad... but man a fresh made donut.. you can't beat that!) Praise--- little heart kiddos last cath helped improve his O2 sats a bit!!! Pushing surgery out just a little bit😊

Proverbs 31:10-31 I am so far from that woman but every day I try! Also Psalm 43:18 because life hurts. Today I am praising the Lord that all three of my sons were baptized yesterday! In the river, just like Jesus…by our pastor named John ❤ They have all been saved since they were young but it’s never been the right time and they finally had the opportunity. Our oldest is 20 and no longer lives here. Our 16 & 14 year old were getting ready to go down to the river and their big brother showed up ready to be baptized with them! Needless to say there was a flood of happy tears. They each got to assist in each others submerging ❤ Life has been very heavy for us lately and yesterday felt like a soft place. Praise Jesus ❤
