You mess up chopping down a tree when the tree trunk cracks when it falls. If it cracks then it can’t be used as a log for building anymore, hence (presumably) why failing to chop down a tree awards only sticks.

I think the alchohol meter represents their thirst. Cause back in those days They made really weak alchohol to drink cause normal water wasnt safe because it hadnt been distiled like alchohol

No, Splatt, in Rimworld they get a debuff for eating WITHOUT a table. Eating at a table they consider normal and don't get a buff from it.

the Game Looks good so far. I really like the Roof system. Hope they do a small poleshing like Rimworld got later when everything else worked. No need to rush to do it but would be nice

The only alcohol "requirement" I remember was Stronghold Crusader. You definitely didn't need it, necessarily, but it boosted moral enough that they didn't care as much about other issues like... not actually feeding them... Having good beer distribution was essentially an exploit. lol
