This is the first longer form video of yours I have seen and I gotta say this is such a fantastic format you're doing! So calming and easy to understand once again. I was already a massive fan of your blog and your short form videos - and of course your recipes; your work is quite literally the first (and sometimes only) place I look when I'm hungry or meal planning for the week. I simply love how you explain things; maybe I've said it before, but especially when you in your recipes have a "why do this step" or "what substitutes are possible" section - I learn so much every time!! I would like to know before buying your cookbook, which measuring system do you use in it? As a european I really appreciate when your recipes are in grams and ml as well as cups and whatnot - it is such a help! Please keep taking care of yourself and doing things that are fun for you.

Panir (also spelled paneer) is another cheese that holds up well to cooking! It is not salty though, but just like the cauliflower, can salt it after cooking. Just saw that someone else already made this comment

@@nataliedriscoll I just put it on a tray, in the oven with the tiniest dash of olive oil… it crumbled/went mushy but I added it like that over the salad and the flavour didn’t disappoint (had half of the salad the next day after refrigerating) so maybe you could try it that way next time.
