I would actually love to see this zucchini with paneer thingy, i think you shouldn't limit your ideas since i think many people who follow you might not follow your recipe precisely but you may give them an inspiration to experiment more in the kitchen to find new taste

Justine, I love your style of editing. It's so relaxed, personable, and clean. I don't feel like I'm being proselytized to; it feels like standing in the kitchen with a friend and chatting. P.S. I really respected your announcement from a while ago where you donated to a cause that would help children in war-afflicted areas. As someone who has been horrified by what's going on in Gaza, your kindness warmed my heart and made me feel hopeful. Thank you for being a great chef and a wonderful human being.

Gotta go…to the store for orzo, squash, salmon and goat cheese. I should not watch on an empty stomach in the morning. Hey Justine, occasionally would you post an upcoming recipe ahead of time so we could cook along? (If it won’t already be in the cookbook.)

Made this tonight, after drooling over it for weeks. Absolutely scrumptious, with a perfect balance of cozy and elevated (as advertised)! The meal felt posh, in the best of ways, but came together so quick and convenient, and who doesn't want that brilliant best-of-both-worlds kind of situation?

Reporting back: this was Delish!!! 4oz of goat cheese was enough for me, but you do you. Didn’t change anything in the recipe. Note cook times will vary- lemons took longer than her instructions. But aside from prepping the squash and cooking down lemons this was fast, crowd pleasing, and makes a lot.

I just made this tonight, and it was incredible!! It was very much a "trust the process" recipe, because everything I added I was like, "I don't know if that will work together, but Justine knows best". It worked out beautifully, and my wife says it's the best thing she's ever eaten. I can't wait for your cookbook to come out! Mine was pre-ordered before this recipe, but this makes me want a second copy 😂

My neighborhood Meat Market gets lovely locally sourced wild caught salmon weekly, and I'm REALLY looking forward to trying out this recipe. Love lemons,, regularly eat zucchini, so using both in new ways is especially appealing. I'm keto tho, so I'll be subbing cauliflower rice for the orzo. Many thanks for the inspiration and clear instructions, and thanks also to the KZbin Algorhythm gods for dropping you into my feed. I look forward to learning more from you, and your cookboo'is definitely going on my Christmas list.
