It's a pleasure to see these. Victor seems like a nice, intelligent guy who legitimately knows his craft and practices what he advises others to do. I also like his warnings of what angles lead to potential injury and what ones don't. Doesn't trash talk anyone, just keeps it straight to the point. Fun to watch.

Victor is the best personal trainer on KZbin , hands down. Speaks easy, movements are strict and perfectly executed so even the most inexperienced person on the gym can understand it

The funny part of these videos is you have a world champ in your presence that educates fantastic form and all these guys in the background are showing extremely bad form. They all need to stop and watch Victor.

great instructional vid. gotta love victor martinez man the guy is a beeeassst!! and yet so humble calm & intelligent. I've added all 4 into my bicep/tricep workout. correct me if im wrong here: #1) Cable Bar Tricep Pushdown #2) Single Arm Reverse Grip Tricep Extension #3) Double Bench Tricep Dips #4) DB Tricep Kickbacks (which can also be done both arms same time on an incline bench facing forward)

Esteban Aguayo this was good though, every prick out there teaches to lock-out your shit. Victor was very specific here and spoke about tension and posture and how that all relates. All the good info condensed. He is great educator.

Hi Victor, I have been trying all tricks of the trade for the last six months to feel the lectic acid again in horse shoe heads after hitting the plateau but all in vain but today I tried your taught form especially the distance from the machine and miracle happened. Cannot thank you enough chief. U da Man.

I may have missed it but there is a third head of the tricep that you didn't mention. Tricep Press with your arms above your head to hit this muscle

jeremy crisp that can be done easily with close grip bench, or single hand cable triceps extension, although I think it's unnecessary because I couldn't get a good pump that way, Victor is probably right.

Very good video training, but please keep in mind the floor dark background, l couldn't see the positioning of your legs. Very simple; Dark background: Ligh color outfits. Light background: Darker outfits. Thanks

heyy i have a question, I've been going to the fitness for about 2 months now. i go 3 times a week, but i don't feel that is enough to train my whole body. So my question is, how can i mix muscles groups together to fit them al in those 3 days, or shouldn't I look at weeks but more at training sessions, like do them all across 5 training sets or something. It would be really great if someone helped me out on this one ^^.

I do 3 on, one off. Day1: Push: Chest, shoulders, tricep abs Day 2: Legs/calves (squats squats squats.. don't skip them) Day 3: Pull: Back, Biceps, rear delts, abs Day 4: Off (eat and grow)
