This is exactly what I need right now. My shoulder is sore in both areas. And my elbow hurts as well. I went to PT but the therapist didn't do anything like this.

We recommend starting with 1-2 sessions per week and adjusting based on your comfort and progress. It’s always best to listen to your body. Thanks for watching! 😊
