Dear brother. Mera accident hua tha to me abhi running to nahi kar raha hu. Par start karne ki soach raha hu. Par मेरे 🦵 legs me dard hota raheta he. घुटनों पर and घुटनों ki નીચે se lekar kalf muscles and sab jagah par. 6 din pahele mere bike me पंक्चर ho gaya tha to me usko સ્લો સ્લો leke ja raha tha tab पीछे ka jo pair रखने ka hota he wo mere kalf muscle pe 4-5 baar takraya tha to muje esa lag raha tha ki waha par green खून jama ho gaya ho. Me daily morning me uske upper hot water dalta hu pair par. Abhi thoda thik he. Me bahar ka khana kuch nahi khata. Me ghar ka sabji roti and buttermilk and milk use karta hu. Rice Sunday ko 1 baar khata hu. Me non veg nahi khata. Even mene eggs bhi nahi खाता.. Kya mere legs me dard ki wajah vitamin b12 ya calcium ki कमी ki wajah se he ? Iska kya solution he ? Me 5 km running karta hu jab karta hu to. Par 3 km running karne ke baad pair सुन्न sunn ho jate he to kya problem hoga ? हीमोग्लोबिन/ b12/ calcium? Please reply. Love from surat(Gujarat).
