Yesterday, I did a 3-hour arm and leg workout because the recreation center would be closed for Victoria Day. I managed to get reasonable rest and stay active. I'm still planning to do cardio regardless today.

I like sissy squat stretch but I like a triple super set with leg extensions>sissy squats>destroy it with reverse lunges. Rinse and repeat
