Spring Overseeding Perennial Rye and Starter Fertilizer on 15000 sq ft

This video shows the steps I took to overseed. I wanted to try to repair the back section of our yard which I didnt' get to last year and with unpredictable spring weather I thought Perennial Rye would be the best choice to get me the most growth quickly.

I wasn't convinced i should do it at the same time either but figured for video making purposes i guess i will. So far so good. I'm making a video to show the results of that grass seed and fertilizer. Took about 9 to 10 days but seeing some good growth now

​@The Handy Homeowner I just want to said than after I try the starter fertilizer I definitely see my seeds growing... I waste a lot of money before because my seeds never grows well.. Thank you so much for that information... I fix my yard like an expert 😅🎉 This also helped my current grass to get stronger 💪

Are you spot spraying tenacity or over coating the entire grass

I started to usually treat the entire lawn. It seems to prevent weeds and crabgrass as well as kill any after it comes up. So by apraying it all i have alot less that ever needs attention.
