Hey Matthias did you try mounting a screen on your rig? I know a big 49" monitor probably wont hold up for long but i think maybe 3 very light 27" monitors attached with alot of thought behind it might work? Perhaps some rubber/foam dampening could protect the monitors from dying? Im going to try mounting my g9 49" to my dof h3 platform, with a foam frame surrounding the monitors outer edge.

Hi Artur, I've driven this on a friend's RIG with the 49" G9 permanently installed. I have become rather sick when driving. For me, therefore, makes no sense at the moment. But there will be in a short time maybe something new ;-) Greetings Matthias

@@MatthiasFulczyk Interesting, thanks for your feedback. I will take your experience of getting sick into consideration as I mount my 49' g9 permanently to my rig. I'm guessing the distance between eyes and monitor (I'm going to make it 60-70cm) and how well your eyes can get immersed while being locked onto the monitor affects if you get sick or not. I think having the room behind the monitor dark and non distracting is better than having white/coloured shelves/details etc that your peripheral vision picks up in the background to mess with your immersion and make you sick. Thoughts about why you felt sick and what can be done to avoid it while using a attached monitor to your rig?

Nur so aus Neugier, ist dir die Motion in Crashes wie bei 2:52 nicht zu dolle? Sieht schon sehr brutal aus. Geht sowas dann auch nicht auf die Hardware insbesondere der Servos bzw. Lager, da das schon ein ordentlicher Unterschied zu dem normalen Gebrauch ist? Natürlich crasht man ja jetzt nicht alle 10 Minuten (im Normalfall 😅) Ansonsten immer geile Videos, Danke dafür ✌

Ehrlich gesagt könnte es noch eine Spur Härter sein. Das System hält das schon aus. Wenn allerdings mehrere Abflüge ins Grüne oder in die Mauer aufeinander folgen ist häufig auch der Zeitpunkt an dem man die Lust verliert. Eben wie im echten Leben.

I think one 49" or 3×27"-32" attached to this monster machine would break. I'm building my own motion platform and my 49" is held by 4×m4 screws fml. I'll try to make a outer frame out of aluminum on the outside/soft foam on the inside that holds the monitor. It will probably break but I'm willing to try lol! 😅

Muss einfach ein krankes Gefühl sein wenn man den Einschlag kommen sieht und einfach nichts machen kann. Passiert jeden Rennfahrer und warscheinlich auch stärker, aber dich schüttelst warscheinlich 300x sooft durch.

Don't worry, I'm still alive. I emigrated from Germany to Croatia this year and that still takes a lot of time. New videos will therefore be back in the fall because I have settled until then and everything is built again.

Hi, What a setup, I have a question about wheel diameter, Whitch is the best diameter for WRC race cars ? is it 350mm or 330 or 320 ?

I'd say 300mm-320mm is optimal. I use a 300mm rally wheel and that feels great. I think 320mm is good also but beyond that is too big in my opinion. Perhaps 350mm max if you're a big human who prefers big wheels

I think from left to right you can see the sequential shift, the h shift and the black thing on the right should be the handbrake, with f1 and other games you can use the shifts on the wheel itself

For dirt rally 2.0 there is a guy called skyrex here on youtube if I remember correctly. He does great guides for settings, I changed my springs/damper settings especially after his suggestions and my times improved alot
