Squash is physically demanding game because it combines so many physical attributes: speed, endurance, and strength. In order to be able to handle the demands of the game at a high level the athlete must engage in strength and conditioning porgrams to increase robustness and avoid injury.

It's been a while since I've watched this workout, and I see this is a new/repost - shame as the music was much better on the previous version :-)
