That was a killer! Honestly find it amazing how you film the workouts in such hot climates Rebecca! Like its a heat wave in the UK right now which is rare, and working out is 10x harder when it's so hot :')

Such a great workout! I love that you do everything with us and not just show us one excersize and let us do it all alone. I love that you are talking the whole time so all I have to do is listen and I won't get distracted! It was a killer by the way but I loved it. Will come back for sure

Hi, Rebecca what can I do to make legs and glutes equal in size my one side is heavier than other, earlier it was slight but this unevenness has become noticeable since I started working out.😑

Rebecca, I'm sorry if my question is stupid. But I would like to ask, if squats are more cardio or more strength training? Is it OK if I do three days a week for example leg and glutes exercises/arms and back exercises/anything else for 20-30 min and once a week HIIT? Just asking because my hormones are a wreck and I have to look after that. Thank you so much!

I've been inspired to get back to working out after seeing a 30 day boxing class challenge on youtube and I thought your channel would be a great place to start! I travel a lot for work so don't have time to commit to the gym and I don't have a lot of space where I currently live, so this workout I can do every day after work in our room. Thanks Rebecca!

Heyy Rebeccaaa! :") Sorry to keep bothering you :'D I wanted to ask that I'm losing weight and doing couple workouts, but I don't want my body to become muscular or bulky, I want it to be lean and slim. Don't need any muscular body, just toned and slim and skinny. How can I prevent myself from getting muscular. Plus are there any exercises which specially add muscle and bulk u up? Remember that healthy lifestyle is 20% fitness and 80% nutrition! So yes the squats are good for muscles growth but make sure you're fueling your body with good clean food for best results 💛

Maya Tanner You shouldn't do only squats, your quads & thighswill get bulky. Not that much bulky like you might imagine- it takes testosterone injections and HUGE amounts of protein powders and food- but you'll still get a little bulky thighs.

No thats not uncommon, most likely that means that the rest of your body is stronger than those muscles ! Or try adjusting your positions during the videos to make sure your doing the pose the right way!
