Those look like a great set of wrenches for close quarter work in low torque situations. The handles look like they provide a good grip in greasy conditions. I'm skeptical of the spline drive and have yet to purchase any. Since the Snap-on Flank Drive patent ran out, most tool companies use some form of off corner loading on 12 point box ends. I believe these wrenches are manufactured by Kabo who make the Mountain, K Tool, and ICON double box 0 offset wrenches. Kabo may be the maker of the Blue Point version as Blue Point tools are made overseas. A lot of guys rag on Matco because they don't manufacture tools themselves, but like you mentioned, Matco will replace the tool in the event it breaks.

It works but it’s best for 12-point spline fasteners, which are primarily seen on military aircraft (and only certain fasteners on the plane). Also none of it is metric 😂

@@mlieser1230 works good not the best in my opinion . In high leverage situations they tend to leave marks or sometimes damage the fastener . They fit just about everything from squares 12 point torx 6 point and more but in low torque situations there great .

Work best on metric and torx. They grip the bolt or nut with no mercy leaving bit marks. Made for tight spots and time saver. In my mechanic shop the 8 10 13 mm used the must by everyone. Nice set.

I'm sure Snap On will make a knock off version of these soon.

@@deedle6073 snap-on already does under Blue point and they want a fortune for them . I believe they're over $500 for the set
