Hello Everyone, Today we are making a Snake Gourd Curry Recipe
Ingredients - Snake Gourd 500g (පතෝල 500g)
Curry Leaves (කරපිංචා)
Pandan Leaves (රම්පෙ)
Chili Pepper (අමු මිරිස් කරල් 2-4)
10 Onions (රතුළුණු ගෙඩි දහයක් පමණ)
6 Garlic (සුදුළුණු බික් හයක් )
Fenugreek 1tbs (උළුහාල් මේස හැන්දක්)
Cinnamon (කුරුඳු කැබැල්ලක්)
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp (කහ කුඩු තේ හැදි භාගයක්)
Curry Powder 1tbs (තුනපහ මේස හැන්දක් )
Salt (ලුණු රස අනුව)
