SSBM Character Mod | Adventure Mode as Luigi

so it's been a lil too long i've been doing well
recently i've been trying to find a character mod that makes luigi op because i like luigi and i couldn't find anything so i ended up buffing the character myself, a lot of the work done was heavily inspired by ‪@Itaru_MasterGanon‬'s mod on Ganondorf and ‪@gamerfreak5665‬'s work on Mewtwo and i thought i'd make this public for anyone else to see what i've been up to for the last few days, and to show up i'm not really dead
for anyone else asking regarding the casino luigi skin that's an external mod i downloaded but it's not related to the buffs
