Thank you for this program. You do a great job guiding us with just the right amount of well placed cues. I am a retired DPT who is also a 73 year old beaten up athlete with various orthopedic maladies including lumbar DD. I have been doing this program for about 3 weeks and feeling 10 years younger. Thank you again!

loved this practice ! most chair yoga is boring for someone who used to practice on the floor regularly. after knee replacement I had to stop going to classes because I could not do any poses that required to kneel. your class is challenging and rewarding! I am definitely looking for more of your classes ! thank thank you thank you

Fantastic! In my own mind I am a 30 -ear old former ballet dancer who can do anything I wish. But my 64-year old body bears all the restrictions of old injuries and illness. I'm struggling to reconcile the two and keep moving. I loved this routine. It make me feel strong and vital. I could do down dog without my shoulders aching and didn't have to climb down into tabletop on the mat and torture these knees. I've put this practice in my play list. Thank you. Thank you!

Try this chair yoga video and see if it's more appropriate for your body. It has more seated postures and will give you alternatives for the poses that didn't work for your body. I hope it helps. kzbin.info/www/bejne/qmPdnoeAYsmEfcU
