This pilates inspired workout will begin standing using a PILATES RING/MAGIC CIRCLE to target legs and core and transition down to the floor for more core work. This workout fires deep muscles of the core and targets the lower body focusing on adductors, abductors, glutes, quads, and hamstrings!

WOW-talk about short and intense! I was doing all right until the wall came into the picture and the abs with the circle were more intense than I thought. An excellent work out and just what I needed for those short-on-time moments!

Love this workout. You manage to squeeze a lot of impact into 18:00 minutes. Very handy for time-constrained days and nights!

Wow, what a great workout, eveb for this out of shaped lady! I am 61 and just purchased a pilates ring. I will definitely use this video again and again. Thanks so much for sharing this workout!

I am new to the pilates ring (posture and back issues) & I can feel my back moving properly. The wall squats were tricky on a timber floor!!! Great stuff.

Love the workout, thanks so much! I'd love to see more arm workouts, with lighter weights/lots of reps, or something new & interesting even without weights (barre or ballet inspired maybe?) Maybe some new standing total body as well with the ring or tension bands. Thanks again!

I love your video. I want to buy a pilates ring and ball. I am a beginner, am only 5 feet tall and I am 63 years old and I want to buy a ring but am not sure whether to buy a 13, 14 or 15 inch ring. I researched it but am still confused. I want some resistance but not too much since I am not in the best of physical shape. What size is your ring and do you recommend a specific company? I wanted to buy coquet joli pro ring but their ring size is not listed. Then I saw HomeFit essential is a 13 inch ring and mini ball. Not sure if that might be too much resistance. What do you recommend? Thank you in advance for your help. :-)

Great workout but it’s not all standing. The title of the video is very misleading. A lot of us folks with bad joints. Look for standing exercises all the way through the video. Please reconsider retitling this video.

Cool, so I clicked on this because it says standing and I have injuries that prevent me from being able to do floor exercises... It was good until halfway through and then it's just a waste of time... And false advertising.
