Love love love your wrist free practices, I have a shoulder injury and with all your classes I don't have to forgo my yoga practice and I learn a lot!!! Please keep these classes coming ❤

Best cues I have ever heard! Especially for poses I have been doing for years like triangle, never knew I wasn't supposed to have a lot of weight in my bottom hand. What a huge difference that just made!!!! Will be checking out your other videos as well.

Thank you, Erin for this wonderful class. I've been practicing yoga for 20 years, but loved this wonderful refresher on poses. This practice left me feeling so relaxed and ready to face the day. I loved hearing the howler monkeys. Made me remember so many lovely trips to Costa Rica.

What a great class! I feel the spontaneity of the sessions is just great. Having the lovely dog come and visit and even the noisy neighbors add a bit of reality to the class. I feel that for an instant I am no longer in Italy but in Costa Rica for a true real yoga class with such an expert instructor. I love your classes, Erin. I missed you wishing us peace in our thoughts, words and heart, though. Thanks. Carlos xx

Thank you for more wonderful instruction, Erin. After many years of yoga, hearing different descriptions, subtleties, inflexions, etc. still allows an improved appreciation or engagement of the postures. And slowing things right down also, allows a different appreciation. Please keep these tutorial style classes coming :-) We are indeed, a fortunate community.

This is a very beneficial non flow class. Lots of strength building and elongation with instruction to improve ones practice. Tough to find good non flow classes that are still a work out, and this is a good one.

I love slow flow basic classes. I love taking the time to hold the pose and be sure I am in correct alignment. It is meditative. Thank you for this class.

Even though I've been practicing yoga for 2 years that class was hard! It's good to go back to basic and hold postures. Thanks for all your hard work.

my first go at Hatha yoga, I'm usually a vinyasa practitioner....surprisingly enjoyable. awesome way to reboot and become connected. perfect cueing! thank you!

Hi Erin, I really loved this yoga practice! I have been practicing yoga a very long time, but I always have a "beginners mind", in that I feel there is always more to learn, even in the most basic poses. I loved all of the in-depth instruction you gave, and the nice, long amount of time we held each posture. Thanks so much!

Hello Erin, Ive been following your channel for a while now and Ive improved so much thanks to your help! I can flow pretty nicely now but when I saw this yoga class I did it more as a yoga check up and it felt great! Thank you!

Thank you to do that kind of classes, because sometimes it’s find to come back on the basics, the foundations of the asanas. You informations are clear and precise. That wrist or so free was very nice because of an injury at my shoulder, so see you on the mat 🙏

Probably my favorite yogini on KZbin. Thank you for this. I really enjoyed the pace and instruction. The energy was nice I followed along in my freezing cold living room in the brittle mountains of Pennsylvania :D Namaste friends

I guess down dog and plank just got in there by mistake, with my shoulder injury I can't do these and I had to fast forward, but I did love the rest and enjoyed the detailed alignment cues!!

This class is wonderful! Your instruction is excellent, I learned several alignment and focus points I hadn’t known- the difference they make to my practice is greatly encouraging. I am going to do this class regularly until I really have it down. Thank you so much for helping me learn yoga.

Erin. Amazing. This is JUST what I needed. I broke my wrist and am recovering. I’ve modified to my elbows when I can. While I genuinely love the instruction as I’m new...Do you happen to have a video just like this with no instruction and going move-to-move. I have such a small window to get this in but not ready to fly solo yet 🧘🏼‍♀️🙏🏼 💫

Thank you for another awesome session! I really appreciate the hard work that goes into your yoga offerings. I came to this practice because I am recovering from hand surgery. The name of the the video is a bit deceiving as the words "wrist free" are in the description yet we held down dog for a looong time.😁 Fortunately, I'm on the mend so it didn't throw me off too much. Also your yoga pants are really cool! One minute they were blue with a pink accent and then the light would change and they were pink with a blue accent. 🤔 Namaste

I loved how long the poses were. However, was a little disappointed there was plank and downward dog poses. I have a hand injury and that is why I wanted standing poses.

Do you have a class with only standing poses? (No sitting or laying poses.)

Thanks again for a great class. In the spinal twisting pose at the end of the class, I just can't keep my opposite shoulder on the ground. Should I modify somehow, or isn't it a big problem?

You can just work in that direction and to modify you can modify the position of your knees in the twist.
