Interesting area. I'd like to get to Arizona and do some exploring. Oh yeah, and the sound of pinstriping!

Let me know when you're coming. Look up the KOFA Wilderness west of Phoenix. Lots to do out there.

That had to be just about the roughest road I've seen in all your videos. Glad you were driving and not me. 1:54 That rock formation up top looks like a giant fist. Some pretty spectacular cacti up at the mine. If I have my facts straight, their size and the number of arms/branches indicates they're quite old. A cactus has to make it to 100 before growing out its first branch (or so I've heard.) Got a centered freeze-frame at 21:36-21:37: The best description of that mini-UFO that I can come up with is a flying dodecapede. Since there is no such thing as a flying dodecapede it must remain Blue Book classified as a mini-UFO. Thanks for the ride-a-long, it was much appreciated.

It was pretty rough, and in some places quite steep. The worst was when I had the truck over at 25 degrees. NOt fun.

I see you still have your Tundra, I live in Northwest Indiana and my 2001 has got a rust hole through the frame.
@W7DSY3 жыл бұрын
My truck has been in AZ since new, and the frame looks like new. Not even any surface rust.

beautiful country. I'm guessing still no wax on the pickup.

The truck is pretty well scratched from top to bottom.

Annie White's Brother Newt White was the caretaker for the Hum bug ghost town. He passed in 1997 and love to show people a round Hum Bug and talk about the history of the old ghost town.

Thanks for that information. Always glad to have additional input for my videos.

I guess I am ready for pinstriping next month as this is where I am told we are going.

Looked like a bug. The camera made it look different, but it was small enough for a bug, but not large enough for a bat.
@W7DSY3 жыл бұрын
It could be, but it didn't look like a bug when I isolated it on the original video. Looked like a long (8") ladder-like affair.

I see where some cave people drew Peanut and Snoopy. Morse code, did I hear Mose code. Haven't heard that since the Civil War.
@W7DSY3 жыл бұрын
That was my ham radio. If the last time you heard Morse code it was pre-1865, we need to talk.
@MrAvjones3 жыл бұрын
@@W7DSY I took Morse Code when I was in the Civil Air Patrol in 1961, also for Ham Radio which eventually lost interest.

The motto of the British "Long Range Desert Group" commandos. Their logo is on my truck, and they won for sure.

Maybe, but I never figured my ORV was worth going to the expense. Always buy used and use them up. Thanks for the comment.
