It's been over a year since the first episode of Star Trek: Picard S3 aired, so let's revisit the team's incredible VFX work for Picard's final voyage! 🚀
Outpost were responsible for a number of Federation and alien ships, the Borg Cube and its destruction, as well as developing the look and feel of an old fan favourite: the Changelings.

Hey well done you lot! the Titan coming out of close range warp like an axe-stroke to cut off the Shrike's tractor beam was an absolute highlight! (shame the writers underestimated how much the fans would be into Captain Shaw from the get go!)

You might be a Star Trek: Lower Decks fan if... | ...you wonder if the ship docked behind the Titan-A between 00:20 and 00:25 is the Cerritos or another California Class. (It's not--the engineering section is too big and too far forward.) Nice work. The music could make this a trailer. And great work on Star Trek: Picard.

Oh, I see why virtual models aren’t left white like physical models. I guess virtual lighting doesn’t work the same as studio lights.
