It's unbelievable that a company the size of Ubisoft with arguably unlimited resources get a golden opportunity to make an open world game in the Star Wars universe and this garbage is what they release? The protagonist is absolutely dreadful, this scrawny woman who weighs about 120 lbs and has no marshal arts training is able to literally take out rooms full of trained guards with her fists. You literally run around the game from one stealth mission to another climbing walls and setting you ugly pet on peoples faces, then speed around on your horribly controlled speeder to do more stealth missions. I forced myself through 9 hours of this garbage until I could not take it anymore, this is the standard of AAA games from Ubisoft, it's time they ceased trading imo. It's utter trash for a Star Wars game.

@@axelhopfinger533 I played it, there´s many take downs that looks goofy, one example is she punches the NPC in the mid section like a liver shot from the back. which looks so stupid when it´s a trooper in armor. On harder diffs it´s faster to punch people in the face than to use your pew pew which takes like 5+ shots, I have no idea where they got this bareknuckle boxing thing from it´s never been a thing in star wars afaik.

Are you aware that Ps5 owners who bought the super pack for 3 day early access. You can no longer play that save. As the day one patch will break your save. Father into the game you will get stuck in space and unable to progress. So ubi soft is asking you to start a new game after the day one patch. Yeah. Awesome. My brother played for 6 hours before launch. Now he doesn't even want to start again. What a great game.

I've gotta be honest, Star Wars is dead to me, i couldn't give a rats arse about any of it anymore. The franchise has been driven into the ground so badly that i am just apathetic at this point. Yeah if the game would introduce mechanics and explanations for what that is possible, maybe something you could craft or you get from a character, but otherwise it makes no sense. It's the sense of storytelling that is gone too, without a good story/interesting idea and interested developers, were not going to get good games anymore. I love gaming and I spend just about all my free time doing just that but oh man I don't touch ubisoft games at all anymore. They're all made with zero love and zero ingenuity. @@Crobian HAHAHA - at this point I find it hard to believe that nobody else notices this. This is 100% accurate. Farcry was original till FC3, as you say, after that, it's just copy/paste of assets. Assassin's Creed has been a yearly copy/paste for GOD knows how long at this point, but point in case, this game is just an asset flip of the core mechanics of one of the above. They then have the absolute dastardy, so charge full price for these games... calling them "AAA". I am so fucking fed up with this shitty gaming industry.

Why cant they make a star wars open world game where you start off as a neutral player and depending on the decisions you make in game steer you in any direction you want , that being a Jedi, a smuggler (similar to this), or the evil route and become a sith lord. Finding all sorts of blasters and lighstabers, and force abilties all throughout the worlds. Only being able to use the lightsabers if you have taken the Jedi or Sith route. This would give the game so much more replay ability and variety!!

They seem to really think the hardcore Star Wars fans care so much about non force users that we want to play games about people with no connection to the force. That’s like if a DBZ game was made and you played as Bulma the entire game, when you think dbz you think of people who can harness their chi powers in battle, and when you think of Star Wars the one thing that makes it stand out from Star Trek and Stargate and Dune and any other Sci Fi story is the Force and people who are sensitive to it and can manipulate it. If you asked my advice on what would be the perfect Star Wars game, my best advice would be for BioWare to gather all the assets from the mmorpg “The Old Republic”, and use those assets to create a more player focused story where the dialogue options actually have consequences, where NPC’s in the world actually interacted with you differently based on your class and your choices in game. If I’m a force user then it doesn’t matter if I’m Sith or Jedi, from the perspective of regular non force users I should be getting looked at and treated like practically a Demi-god. I would have the devs all go play a complete playthrough of Baldurs Gate 3 because I would want a Star Wars rpg where in any given situation there are multiple ways to deal with it in and out of combat. I want the consequences of decisions and choices I make to feel real throughout the entire game. I want believable romance options… And BioWare could save money making a knights of the old Republic 3 game without spending the next decade in production by simply recycling assets from the already created mmorpg. Imagine this, a game where you start out as a young kid who is just finding out he/she is force sensitive and through your own choices you can either make contact with the Jedi or the Sith to try and get accepted at their academy? Imagine romance options where you not only can get with someone from your own faction, but possibly convert a lover from the opposing faction… or even allow yourself to be corrupted to join the opposite faction after you graduate whatever academy and begin exploring the galaxy… Add in high quality voice actors and cut scenes and you should be able to recreate the feeling of BG3’s success but in a Star Wars game.
