General Edmund Duke was voiced by Jack Ritschel, who was also the voice of Zeratul. Ritschel passed away some number of years after Brood War, which is why they were in need of a new voice actor for Zeratul in SC2. The Terran Battlecruiser in Starcraft was voiced by Chris Metzen, who also did the Terran Marine and the Terran Ghost. I'm not sure about who was the actual voice for the Zealot, but it may have been Metzen like TheChoujinVirus said.

+rememberIt91 Get the "Mass Recall" mod, it's the Starcraft and Broodwar missions as a Starcraft 2 mod. Well worth playing although I have to admit that the hard setting in it can be quite punishing.
