I managed to get my screen time down to 5-6 hours from 9 and I managed to lose about 20kg+. It just goes to show that it's not always about having the time, it's about managing it properly.

I’ve been working at a dead end job which depresses me to hell so I spend the rest of the day watching Netflix or KZbin to forget about how I need to login for work the next day , essentially wasted months like that. The vid helped me realised that just because eod me hour of my day are limited by work I hate, doesn’t mean I should throw the rest of it down the drain.

Thx for your work. My screen time last weeks were 7h 5h 5h. I didn't realize that before. Social time a week - 7h 5h 7h. Crazy. I also found myself trapped into the situation when I open instagram almost every time I turn on my phone, also I find myself out in the posts when I went there to write to a friend, then I ask myself what am I doing here. I've started the dopamine detox this day and I find myself on KZbin watching your video, haha. Yesterday, I've deleted all possible apps from my phone, mind still want to come back, but I want to see the result. One thing I would start doing from this day out - move my level of English from B1 to C2. Comments about the video. It was awesome, you've covered the things you've started to do and showed the ineffective way and gradually went to effective and showed the benefits and difference.

Yes - genau so...
