I watch curleynugrowth on KZbin. She has a lot of good content. You really don’t need the foam. It’s not going to make your retwist last longer. I personally only twist the new growth. This way as the budding is happening, I don’t mess with them. I wrap the loose hair around the loc. I probably won’t start rolling the entire loc until I am at the 1 year mark. I am hoping that will help give me the fuller look I want. Thank you for sharing. ❣️

This was actually like my 3rd wash but first retwist, I have another video on my first wash. And no I haven't had any issues with unraveling, at least not from the ends. There are few twists that loosened up a lot in the roots, but its only in the nape of my head and sides where my hair is naturally finer.
