Hm don't really have one at the moment. Lead Gen Jay is one that comes to mind, I've been watching some of his stuff about email outreach. LinkedIn outreach is tricky yeah so will do a vid soon!

Substack is good but I recommend starting with KZbin. I have more subs in three weeks of KZbin than like a year on Substack. Substack is good for middle funnel and more concentrated content, but hard for a beginner.

How does someone get into copywriting?

Start on Fiverr, get a portfolio, outreach businesses with cold email/dms on LinkedIn or Insta

@@CalebHinton997 isn’t it a good idea to know what market you are serving first to differentiate from other copywriters? Where did you learn the skill of copywriting? Just bought a course? Who taught you the steps? Did you have a mentor? Or did you just figure it all out yourself by reading books?

@@TanvirSingh97 can do. but as a complete beginner, it's easier to just take anything. on Fiverr I did 'technology & gaming' as a niche in a sense which worked quite well. I did English at uni so I could write. but then I just started trying to write for work and ended up here. Nobody taught me, no mentors, no books, just started working and chasing clients.

It's an email newsletter every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. They have different content, but roughly the same format each time.
