I’m even more excited for Andor Season 2 after those new photos. Not sure about Skeleton Crew yet. I’ll need to see another special look at the Star Wars tv show ahead of its Disney+ release on December 3rd. Then I’ll be convinced.

I’m going to make a prediction. Luthen, intentionally or unintentionally is working under the direct influence of the emperor. He is a berserka, working to gather those who would work against the empire into an opposition force so that the empire can crush it. He is a lot darker than the first series gave him credit for, even to the point of being dark side sensitive or even a dark side force user.

It totally is. Nothing compares to it ! I really hope that people watch this time around. It was a critical success and those of us who loved it, love it. But for the budget , Disney needs to see that fans are interested in more adult themed shows in the SW Universe. If the word is out and people tune in, it’ll be a huge win for fans. Showing Disney that shows don’t need to have Light Sabers and The Force. Everyone is somehow related to someone that once lived on Tattooine.

I believe that Luthen's aggressive recklessness will be viewed as a hindrance by Cassian. I believe that Cassian WILL betray Luthen, buy not simply to betray. One of Luthen's plans might go awry, and Cassian will choose Bix over Luthen. I do not see Mon Mothma doing any grand scale betraying, because she's too worried about outcomes and collateral damage.

Hey Meg, I think Luthen’s final sacrifice might be for the sake of Mon. This has been a theory of mine since his epic speech to his ISB plant. With Mon’s trepidations over the ethics of both Luthen and Saw’s actions during the infancy of The Rebellion, she finds herself in hot water after something goes wrong with her daughter’s future Father in Law. Maybe the Imperials crash her Daughter’s wedding and bring both Mon’s husband and Skuldon in, because they’re on to Mon and are desperate to bring her down and mark her as the infamous Axis. This all runs concurrently alongside Ghorman Massacre. With Saw openly shaming her across the Holonet, there’s a bit of a falling out between Saw and Luthen over Mon. Luthen is trying to convince Saw that Mon NEEDS to be the face of the Rebellion. Saw disagrees, calling her, ‘soft and doesn’t believe she’ll ever expose herself openly as a Rebel because of her long standing history in the senate. Skarsgard gets to give another impassioned speech. This time ,it’s to Mon. A sort of , ‘it’s time to 💩or get off the pot speech, after the Massacre, with her world crumbling all around her. Luthen tells her that he’ll handle her Skuldon problem, but he’s most certainly not getting out of this and she needs to step out of the shadows and be the face of the Rebellion. He and Cassian go on a mission to take out Davo Skuldon, who’s being transported to some ISB facility for questioning and this is where we get the bit from Cass about “acting like a soldier” when Luthen needs him to act like a Leader. Luthen makes his ultimate sacrifice either trying to free or take out the Gangster Banker. Mon goes on the Net to formally announce the Rebellion. Sorry for the rant. This would just be epic. To see some of what we got in Rebels take place in live action ?! It’s a bit far fetched, I know. I don’t think Gilroy would include anything from an animated Disney show. I do however 100% believe Luthen’s ultimate sacrifice will have something to do with saving Mon. Maybe her Husband and Daughter are slain at the wedding. Luthen and Cassian get there just in time to pull her out after they get late information from Luthen’s ISB contact about a raid going down at Senator Mothma’s Daughters wedding. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Luthen dies saving Mon and The Rebellion with her.
