Thank you for this interview. My son has Tourette’s. We went through all that alone and boy was it hard. But he’s now 26. He will love this food info and seeing someone like him

I've always thought the soap actors have the hardest job. Loved this discussion. Particularly liked hearing about the food and Tourettes reaction. Pete, I went carnivore in Dec 2023 for brain fog. I can not adequately describe the many other brain benefits I have received and never knew I needed help with. I went off the carnivore lifestyle for the month of April 2024, and all the issues came back .... I'm pretty sold out for the fat and meat now. Years ago I was vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, a true salad queen - today, my health has never been better. PARADIGM OF MONEY is the best. Miss hearing you and Maya on the zooms prior to SAG elections ... all the best to you.

Thank you MB and Mr Antico. Very enlightening & informative episode. I'm Italian and had to give up my beloved pasta & carbs due to diabetes/insulin resistance. I have heard many people with epilepsy share that sugar/carbs triggered seizures. Mr Antico, thank you for sharing that reducing carbs has reduced the severity of your Tourette tics. In my youth I used to tutor a boy in math who had Tourette syndrome. His parents and I knew little about it & the boy was newly diagnosed. I wish this information was there for him all those years ago (40+ years ago). So many medical issues can be improved through a change of diet and exercise.

I’m thinking childhood jabs play a part in neurological issues “on the spectrum”. Addiction can be a problem among “us”. I have add/ocd & due to Cvd, recently realized how to help myself with diet & exercise at 63! Bless you Pete 🙏🏼💛

I love pasta too but it won't jack it up like rice. I eat brown rice or vermicelli. I don't like quinoa. I used riced cauliflower. I used low car bread & tortillas. I eat my sandwiches and burgers alot with lettuce as my bread. I'm A diabetic. Eating healthy changed more when I had my son almost 36 years ago. I have a neurological disorder also, nervous tremor
