In this video, we discuss the middle of the glide. Specifically the need to stay low in the middle and not use the head or the shoulders to get speed through the middle. Using the head and the shoulders typically has the athlete landing way too tall in the power position with the weight shifted too far over the blocking leg. Check out the drill in the video as a way to scare your athletes into staying low (in a good way).
