My only complaint is, this is immediately recognizable as an RV, so you might as well not bother trying to stealth it. Put some windows in if you like. The first place I look when I'm wondering if a van is an RV is the roof. Cargo box, solar panels, fan covers, AC, awning, these things scream RV. Even if you don't have every one of them.

It looks to be fiberglass. If you look closely at the shots of the outside of the van, he has the panels and carrier attached on the sides, and to the cross bars - versus the top of the van.
