1 pound or 1 jin Chilean sea bass steak， rinsed.
Mixing with a tsp salt, a tsp cooking wine, shredded ginger, and shredded green onion.
Cover for two hours or more. It can be done overnight.
Bring steamer water to a boil. Steam Chilean sea bass steak with 1/2 cup Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Seafood Soy Sauce for nine minutes.
Prepare some shredded green onion.
Take out the Chilean sea bass steak and Seafood Soy Sauce.
Carefully pour off the water in the pan. !!!Use Heat Resistant Cooking Gloves if the pan is too hot!!!
Remove steamed onions and ginger.
Add shredded green onion. Drizzle with hot oil.
Drizzle evenly with steamed seafood Soy Sauce.
