Chef Pasquale, i juste love your videos. Your mussels recipe is fantastic and looks like my husband used to cook them before he passed away. Except for the celery. In Northern France, and Belgium, we eat these mussels with french fries to dip in the sauce. Oh yeah, baby... A salute !

Me and my husband looovveeeeee mussels so much !! Today after I watch this video, I running to the store grab 2 bags of mussels which is total 4lbs! I try this recipe ... and... When u buy the mussels, throw away any mussels if the shell is broken, or if the mussel doesn't close on its own when u tap it on a surface. That means its dead, and will make u sick if u eat it. Just a little tip for you☺
