Hi, just made this in my new TM6 with dariole moulds from Sophia's shop. Came out amazing. However it made 8, how could we save this? Seems to delicate to freeze.

Haha I’m so sorry!!! 😘😘😘 you could try reducing the sugar by 20%. It may not caramelise as well but will still taste lovely!
