just make sure you never use the spatial audio settings unless the game natively supports 7.1 surround sound otherwise you won't be able to hear behind you at all

When I use sonar with my gamedac I don't hear any sound on the PC mode but it works on High Res. Is High res the only way to use sonar I'm new to using steelseries on Pc

When I do the initial sonar setup my microphone displays as 'ready-to be routed' whereas everything else just says 'ready'. It also doesn't appear to be picking the mic up on the mixer either, works fine on every other app and game though.

I just ordered the nova pro with gamedac. Can i use this software to load EQ profiles onto the gamedac for when I am using Console?

I just spent £330 on this headset and It said compatible with Mac OS and I have just got it in person to find out your website does not support Mac OS 🥲 please give me a work around this or a refund I am extremely unhappy with my purchase as I can’t adjust EQ
