Great video, my icons appear somewhat pixelated though, they do not look as smooth as the originals, or the one you use in this video.

Help!. I can create the flag mods but as soon as I upload to steam then download my mod nothing works. All the files are the exact same but still nothing shows via steam version.

It should work. Make sure the file names are all the same exactly. The sizes also have to be 256, 128 and 28. Also, make sure you save as dds files for all three files.
